Includes: Warriors, Blue Monday (HIIT conditioning), Hardcore (Abs), Rebounding, Lunch Break (HIIT), Circuits, Monday Nightmare (Hardcore HIIT), Pure HIIT, HIIT, Gunshow (Upperbody), Pilates, Kettle Bells, No Butts (Lowerbody), Cray Cray Circuits, Heartbreaker (Cardio), Urban Escrima (Modern Martial Art), The Great Outdoors (Strength & HIIT), Bodywork, Total Recall (Fullbody), Daybreaks, Barre Fit, Booty Camp, Hatha Yoga, Classical Ballet Barre, Dynamic Stretching, Yin Yoga, Hula Fitness, Release & Reset (Somatics + Breathwork + Sound healing).

If you have booked a class, please cancel with a minimum of 6 hours prior notice or you will be charged.
