They say,  all good things come to an end, no one knows who “they” are.  

But sadly in London Fields Fitness Studios case the end is nigh. We started out as a little known cheeky monkey in 2010, full of “Vibes, lols”. Believing fitness should be accessible,affordable and most importantly “VIBES “. 

No one could have predicted, let alone me, that it would make us the much loved institution we became and are. From Time outs most wanted to The BBC worldwide fame (in my own head at least and countless column inches).

To all the 1000s of people that have passed through.  Be it the hipster who’s anti-exercise but wants a bicep, the fitness shy, freaks, physically awkward, or the odd ones out (like me), or peeps who want to get fit and have a laugh and be silly while doing it – Thank you for being part of a truly unique community/family as cheesy as that sounds.

It has been the most incredibly time of my life, enjoyed every single minute of it , so thank you.

But after much soul searching , We Can no longer rely just on vibes, in this current economic climate, if we wish to stay true to our ethos. So therefore we’ve decided it’s time, too ride off into the sunset on our spin bike . (Won’t get far) London Fields Fitness LTD as we know it , will be closing its doors on the 30th of June. 

Finally allowing me to follow my other passions, music, weaving and pottery. 🤣

I’m off to turkey now for a little glow - up 😉 and then onto a new chapter for me - something fresh and different, while keeping the VIBES. 🤣
