Sapan mixes this class up every week, between chewing the fat, HIIT, toning and so on, so you will never get bored with THIS Lunch Break -unlike that sandwich! Then you can go and bring home the bacon, so to speak, with a smile on your face.

Vinyasa Yoga

 

Vinyasa classes use the linking together of movement and breath to create a ‘vinyasa flow.’ These classes cultivate balance, flexibility, strength, and endurance.This fun, engaging class will take you through the fundamentals of Vinyasa Yoga including sun salutations, standing poses, balancing postures, seated and reclining poses, backbends, and core isolation.

Circuits

Like a high-school gym class, participants move around a circuit of exercise stations in small groups. Expect strengthening, toning and cardio segments designed to allow you to work at your own pace and get the most out of your workout.

Pilates

One of our most popular classes, mat-based pilates exercises are performed with slow, controlled and precise movements in repetition. These exercises help strengthen the body's core by developing pelvic and scapula stability, and abdominal control, using focused breathing patterns. The main fitness goals of a mat pilates program include improved flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, low back health, posture, sports performance, and body-mind awareness.
