Rebecca was born and raised in Peterborough, where her love of sport and fitness started early on with Gymnastics training. After qualifying as a solicitor, she moved to London. Rebecca is a keen long distance runner and upon realising that her run to and from the office was by far the best part of her working day, Rebecca decided to pursue a life of health and happiness and become a Personal Trainer.
Rebecca adopts a balanced (but extreme) approach to life and likes to work hard, work out hard and play hard. She lives by the philosophy 'efficiency is key' and likes to incorporate HIIT and Tabata training into her workouts for intense, challenging and effective workouts designed to get you fitter and stronger, faster.
Rebecca is also a keen cyclist, snowboarder, squash player, Bikram Yoga fan and loves playing team sports (particularly Hockey and Netball). In her free time Rebecca likes to socialise with friends and can regularly be found tearing up the dancefloor in local establishments.
Qualifications: Level 3 REPS Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor, Level 2 Circuit training, Level 2 Kettebells.
