Ashley comes to us straight from the sunshine state of California! Her infectious, uplifting nature will have you leaving the gym drenched in sweat, with a smile on your face and wanting more. With over eight years of experience in personal training and group exercise, Ashley will push you past your comfort zone and help you find a real, raw energy within yourself. Expect to train hard so you can play hard, life should be all about balance and being the best version of you!
Ashley is a self proclaimed “fitness junkie”. Growing up as a competitive dancer for seventeen years, being active was just a way of life. After her dance career ended, she was looking for her next passion. That is when she discovered her love for running, to date; she has smashed through ten full marathons. She is also a huge hot yoga enthusiast, boxer, cyclist, swimmer and loves to hike outdoors.
She has taught fitness in four different countries, is a Piloxing Master Trainer, Shwinn certified Ride trainer and certified in Olympic Weightlifting. She has also taught TRX, Kettlebell, bootcamp and HIIT classes over the years and loves to incorporate them into her training sessions. Her focus on functional fitness and technique makes every session customized for each individual client.
